The Fair is open to buyers of fine and fashion jewellery products as well as affiliated industry members. Strict regulations apply. Please read the registration requirements carefully. You will be required to supply all relevant documents to register.

This card allows faster, easier access to the Fair - keep it in a safe place to use from year to year at all of the Fairs that Expertise Events organise. This removes the need for pre-registration to the Fair. Personal information can be held on the card and is swiped upon entry, therefore saving time and resources for your business.


If you already have a Buyer ID Card, then you DO NOT need to pre-register for the Fair. Please note, the pre 2011 GOLD card is being updated and will not be valid in 2012. Have this card updated in the GREEN lane when you arrive at the Fair.

 

If you attended the Brisbane or Melbourne Fair in 2011 you will have been issued with a new BLUE card. Please bring this with you to the Fair and go to the BLUE lane.

 

If you haven't applied for a Buyer ID Card, make sure you pre-register, and then you can obtain your Buyer ID Card on-site. Note: All cards are currently being updated for FREE, but lost BLUE cards incur a replacement fee of A$50.00. All new qualified registrations will recieve a Buyer ID Card.

If you have recently established a jewellery business, and cannot comply with the Business Identification, contact the Jewellery Fair Registration Department to discuss entry requirements on +61 2 9452 7575 or by email to jewelleryfair@expertiseevents.com.au prior to August 19, 2011.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION


Once your registration is received and processed you will receive email confirmation from our Registration Department. If you have an email address please include it on the registration form. No badges will be mailed prior to the Fair. Badges can be collected onsite by presentation of photo ID.

If we require further information from you in order to process your registration, we will be in contact with you prior to the Fair advising you want information we neeed to finalise your registration. Please ensure you send or bring with you the requested information to ensure we can finalise your registration.


NB: International buyers will receive a confirmation from us and badges can only be collected onsite at the Fair. They will not be mailed out.


Reminder: If you have a BLUE or GOLD Buyer Identification Card (with photo) please bring it with you to the Fair to gain entry.
Please note, expiry dates have been removed from the card. If your Buyer Card is showing an expiry date in 2009 or 2010 it will still be valid for entry to the Fair but must be updated to the new BLUE card.

WARNING FOR VISITORS: Please note due the nature of documents required to be submitted to fulfil the registration criteria there is no online registration for this event. Please be aware there are some overseas and local websites that may claim to have registration facilities. Completing these online enquiry forms may result in your email account being spammed, and will definitely not grant you access to the Fair floor.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Entry requirements for the Fair have been developed in conjunction with our security provider and the NSW Police. Strict adherence to the criteria for entry must be followed to ensure the safety of all our visitors and exhibitors.
Therefore we require documents verifying that all registered attendees are genuinely working in the Jewellery industry, as per the terms on the registration form. Family members must be working in the business and provide proof of employment. Friends, colleagues and associates cannot be registered to attend under your business name unless they can prove they genuinely work in your business.

If you are a new business we understand that the Fair is the ideal opportunity to source suppliers, however, we need to ensure, for the safety and security of both our visitors and exhibitors, that all visitors are in the jewellery trade.  Therefore, we ask for the specific business documentation so we can verify this.
