The ACCC last year requested the JAA to develop a Jewellery Industry Code of Practice that reflects industry best practice. Ian Hadassin, JAA CEO and Colin Poklington, JAA Retail Sector Director, will discuss the main points of the code, emphasising the main objectives of the Code and the action that industry members will be required to undertake in order to comply. There will be ample opportunity for seminar attendees to ask questions and raise issues regarding the Code. |
