As part of our process of reviewing procedures at the Jewellery Fairs, following feedback from exhibitors we are introducing a new exhibitor pass/photo identification system.
This new system is designed to streamline the entry process on and off the Fair floor, and will be applicable for use as an exhibitor across all of the Expertise Events Jewellery Fairs in Australia and New Zealand.

Please note Exhibitor ID cards are only valid for Fairs you are exhibiting at.

If you wish to attend as a visitor, standard visitor registration procedures apply (you will not be able to enter a Fair with an Exhibitor ID Card if you are not exhibiting).

The format of the Exhibitor ID card will be similar to the existing Buyer Card issued to visitors. Key points to note are:

• Card will be valid for each Fair you exhibit at. Photo identification will be printed on the card, eliminating the need for driver’s licenses to be shown to security staff before entering the exhibition. You will be required to carry ID for random checks however.

• Exhibitor data will be uploaded prior to each Fair. Your Exhibitor ID card will only allow access to the Fair floor if you are exhibiting. If you are not exhibiting, but wish to visit the Fair, standard visitor registration processes must be followed.

• The signatory on the Exhibition contract or nominated contact is responsible for nominating which members of staff will be issued with Exhibitor ID Cards.

• Four (4) cards will be issued per 9sqm of exhibition space booked. Additional cards beyond this allocation can be purchased for $A50 per card. Staff above the allocated amount will be issued with a temporary badge.

• Agents and casual staff working for you at a Fair will be issued with temporary show only badge valid for the Fair you are exhibiting at.

• Normal terms and conditions relating to Fair entry and security apply.

The Exhibitor ID Cards were introduced at the 2009 Brisbane and Sydney Fairs. If you did not attend that Fair as an exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to be issued with a card during the 2010 Fairs when you exhibit.

If you attended the 2009 Brisbane Fair as an exhibitor and were issued with an exhibitor ID card, this card will be valid at all the 2010 Fairs if you are exhibiting.
